A bit about me
with a degree in graphic and communication design, i spent a lot of time working digitally, but i’ve always been more drawn to making things with my hands. i create hand drawn typography and press flowers, plants and seaweed myself, combining design with a love of the natural world.
i’ve always felt most at home outdoors and in the ocean, whether that's surfing, swimming or exploring new places. i pressed flowers when I was younger, and rediscovered it years later after seeing the floral design my great aunt pressed for my parents’ wedding day. it is something that stayed with me and inspired me to start pressing again.
now, as a mother, i’m especially interested in finding ways to engage more deeply with the natural world and share that sense of curiosity with my daughter. my work is a way of slowing down, noticing what’s around me and preserving small pieces of the places and moments that matter.
